I believe quality mental health care should be clear, accessible, and stress-free. Below are my current private-pay rates. If you plan to use insurance, please visit the Contact page to verify your benefits through Headway or Grow Therapy before scheduling.
My current rates services are as follow:
Initial Intake Assessment
$200 (Required for all new clients)
Individual Therapy
$130 per session
Couples & Family Therapy
$150 per session
Life Coaching
$135 per session

Beginning Tuesday, July 21, in-person appointments will be available on Tuesdays by appointment only.
To ensure availability, appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be charged 80% of the scheduled service fee to help cover the reserved office space and associated costs.
Using Insurance
If you plan to use your health insurance for therapy services, it's important to understand both the benefits and limitations of insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies require therapists to provide a mental health diagnosis (DSM-5) to determine medical necessity and process claims. In some situations, using insurance may also involve sharing certain treatment information with your insurance provider, which may result in less privacy than paying privately.
If you have questions about using insurance versus private pay, I'm happy to discuss your options so you can make the decision that best meets your needs.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least full 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.
All therapy sessions are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. If a higher level of care is needed, appropriate referrals will be provided.
